The best

Staff on the desk were friendly and helpful. The pool area was nice and quiet.

To be improved

The room wasn't cleaned enough only 4 times in 8 days. Towels had holes in them. Some of the toppers on the beds were stained when changed. Socks were turning black when walking around the apartment as floors were dirty. TV remoote didn't work, and the tv would freeze and lose connection. Internet was slow and disconnected at times. The sliding door was hard to open and needs oiling. The solarium could do with a covered area as it gets too hot to use. The apartment is very tired and needs updating. No aircon, which should be a future upgrade that is needed. Was smell of vomit at the lifts at ground level was still there when checked out.

The facility was very nice as well as the staff. Our room was spacious and had all that we needed if we wanted to cook. The balcony also had a gorgeous view
