Location was great, but really the only good thing about this old apartment.

To be improved

This apartment is in urgent need of renovation. The bathrooms are in terrible condition, with peeling paint and rotten, squishy floors (I don’t even want to imagine what’s under those floorboards 😣). There is no ventilation at all. Some door handles/ frames are broken, making it easy to get stuck inside unless someone opens the door from the outside which was super scary for the kids. Hardwood floors are in very bad shape. Most of the rooms—and even the tiny kitchen—have no windows and are dark and lack fresh air. Cheap furniture except a couple pieces in the living room/hallway. Missing/hanging from cord light fixtures.. random empty rooms with junk. If this were my property, I’d be embarrassed to rent it out in such poor condition. Despite its great location, I wouldn’t stay here again—not even if they paid me.
