The owner of the place was in constant touch via wattsaap. The place was not fit to stay, and he apologised for it.

To be improved

I booked this place mainly for the children to enjoy the pool. However, it was not usable. A huge disappointment. I booked the apartment for 7 people. But it only accommodated 6 people. As we arrived at night we had no choice but to stay there. There was a bed but no extra bedding. Sheets looked quute old and rugged. The second bathroom was outside. That was not expected at all amd very disappointing. Water works did not work well NO wifi at all. And it was cold with some heaters not working well. Again, the owner did say he would try and fix things, but it was a stressful night, and we just had to leave the following morning. I called up booking.com, and the owner agreed to give me a refund.but I was charged fully for the first night. I felt that it was unfair to charge fully as I didn't receive any of the services I paid for.

“spoilt what should have been a couple of days in the sun for my daughter's birthday”

we stayed for approx 20 min the place was horrible I booked and paid for 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms we was offered 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom the 3rd bedroom hosted 6 dirty mattresses with crumpled up dirty covers the kitchen cupboards was greasy and rotting I had to pay to stay somewhere else and sent photo evidence to booking.com who as refused to refund me the place is also under uf holiday villa with a different score do not book this place it is horrible it is nothing like the pictures

The best

The house was quite nice and located in a peaceful area, very good for relaxation. It will definitely be our choice again if we return to Málaga.
