UHC Salou Villa Family Complex

We are still in shock. In the apartment, bedbugs bit us and our child. Around the fifth day, we started noticing small bites on our legs and bodies in the morning, thinking they were mosquito bites. But on the last night, when our child slept in just a diaper without pajamas, they woke up with a bitten back. It’s disgusting. We tried our best to keep the apartment clean and tidy, but the landlord’s stinginess with cleaning and hygiene supplies has brought this place to unsanitary conditions and an insect infestation. Avoid this apartment; they cut corners on everything, especially the health of their guests.

My experience was the worst , EVER I was notified less than 48 hours before arrival that there's been a water leak in the apartment initially paid for. Since it was too late and I had planned the trip with my family, I accepted after I insisted I was offered a 40e discount and free parking space. My disastrous stay was just about to begin actually. I drove with my family for 10 hours, even though it says that the check in is at 4 p.m, you have to go to the agency first at 4 p.m which is on a different address, wait in line , get whatever paper and keys , then go to the apartment, which is very inconvenient when you all want to do is to check in and relax. The parking was hard to find especially that there was no sign, only a map to show us supposedly where it was. We needed to open the underground parking gate using a regular key and it took us forever to find the keyhole. When we arrived, the apartment was in catastrophic condition, dozens of alive spiders everywhere on the ceiling , down in the corners, in the shower, rooms, everywhere in the apartment , big and small, ants in the kitchen and in the living room, so many spiders that only shows that the apartment has been deserted for so long. When I called and insisted someone comes asap, I was told that no one was available and that I need to remove them myself with a broom !! I had to go to the agency straight away and stayed there until they sent someone to remove the spiders, the person only removed the spiders but the webs stayed there and several spiders appeared again the same night. My family and I barely slept through the night and I went the next morning with my husband and refused to leave until they find us another accommodation, which they did eventually, though the second building had no working elevator and I accepted even though I had elders with me ( both parents in law ) and the apartment was on the third floor.

A lot of sand on the floor in all apartment. No one washed the floor or even brush it. Tv could be bit better very big living room for such a small tv.

Our bed was fine, but the singles are really uncomfortable- this was agreed by the whole group- we rented 2 apartments. The oven was a challenge. Really disappointed by lack of kitchen equipment - no tea towels, oven gloves, serving dishes etc. 1 toilet roll supplied per bathroom- lasted approximately half an hour between 8 of us. An emphasis on cleaning with no products to actually clean with... All just a bit basic - almost €3000 euros for a week for 2 apartments- have had better value.
