“Great visit to Puerto de Sagunto.”

The best

Closeness to beach. Good selection of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. On street parking good. Nice quiet street.

To be improved

Being woken up in the morning at the start of the holiday because of work being carried out in the street below. No kettle or iron/iron board. More pots and extra frying pan would be great. Dining table a bit big for the living room as it felt overcrowded. Would suit a family of 4 best. Not big enough to accommodate 8 people as stated on advert. Felt it was slightly overpriced as it was out of season.

“Amazing apartment close to the beach”

The best

The facilities offered were great, the location as well, just 5-10 minutes walking to the beach. We found plates, pans, cutlery, and napkins, as well as a hair dryer. The rooms looked as in the pictures and the apartment was clean.

To be improved

The neighbors were complaining about the noise even when we were just dining and watching TV, so the apartment or rooms not being soundproof is definitely a minus, maybe the only one. If you come with friends to have some drinks and socialize, you might want to reconsider the location.

“Comfortable apartment in excellent location”

The best

This was almost perfect for us as a couple (and would be also with a couple of kids). Location within short walk of the beach, numerous restaurants and two supermarkets. We did not intend to cook, but the apartment is very well equipped. Recently refurbed in a contemporary style. Large, new fridge/freezer. Washing machine on roof with drying area under cover. We would return.

To be improved

Bathroom is very small: no place to hang towels (space taken up by Buddha image ornament and artificial pot plant!). For a family, I would prioritise practicality over style (at least 9 pot plants!). I really can't see it working if the sofa bed has to be used, so maximum capacity is really 4/5. The roof terrace is not a suitable place for a relaxing drink (or even a smoke) as there's no furniture but lots of rubbish.
