The location is excellent. The balcony is a plus point. Prompt response.

To be improved

1. The bed is not hard enough 2. Experience multiple power tripped. Likely due to dryer running. 3. Hard to turn on some of the ceiling lights. No label what switch for to control which lights or blind. 4. Outdated TV set with no Netflix, back to 90s. 5. Keyless access is cool, but the application is slow 6. Need some minor repair on the cabinets. The edge are coming out or can’t close fully.

The best

Perfect location, access to public transport right outside front door, within walking distance to lots of food options and sites. Very comfortable with all the mod cons.

To be improved

The entrance instructions were not super clear and the entry access is by an app on smart phone and it didn’t work! However, physical keys were available from Uma’s office down the road and we went and got those and then no problems!

The best

Great location with easy access to public transport. Friendly staff although all our conversations were done online. It took a while to figure out how the door to the building was meant to be used. Haha.

To be improved

Wish more dishwashing soap, toilet paper and laundry detergent were provided.
