The room was nice, it was great having a washing machine, kitchen, iron, air conditioner and the Juliette balcony for fresh air The check in and out experience was also quite hassle free as you just use codes. The key lock box is a bit hard to open but we didn’t use the keys anyway after the first day so we kept them in the box and just used the door codes instead and walked up the stairs (you need the key to use the elevator)

To be improved

I noticed other guests didn’t close the front door properly a few times. They would close it but not all the way, I would go down to make sure it was properly shut at night as it made me a bit anxious The elevator was also not working when we arrived, but luckily we were only a floor up anyway. Just a long walk upstairs to the rooftop but that’s ok

The best

It’s a nice centrally located apartment. Perfect for a short week stay. It has all the facilities you would need. Small kitchen so you can save money on dining out. Washing machine, tv in the living room and bedroom. There’s a small balcony where you can sit. It’s a five minute walk from sagrada familia and the metro. Staff is quickly available by text and phone and very helpful. There is no reception in the building but everything was well planned. We got a code for the front door and our appartement door. You can also use the elevator with a key or just go up the stairs. We had a small issue with the washing machine but it was fixed within a day. I would recommend this location for a stay in Barcelona.

To be improved

The shower is a bit small but it was fine for a short stay. The building is a bit noisy from the other apartments. You can hear people talking and furniture moving. But nothing a couple earplugs can’t fix

Location was great. View of Sagrada familia from rooftop terrace.

To be improved

We stayed six nights. After three nights, there should have been complimentary housekeeping. We shouldn't have had to go out and buy toilet paper.
