“No window in room and it was not mentioned in description”

I booked standard room 12m2. The room was ok, but big problem was that there is no window in the room and it was not mentioned in the description on booking.com. This was really disappointing and misleading. Instead there was door with view to air conditioners and 6 floors above there was glass roof.

Umma Barcelona Boutique – is perfectly situated to explore the city, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout. They kindly accommodated our request to store luggage on the last day, which was a big help. Breakfast was normal. The furnishing style was in line with the boutique concept, adding character to the stay. Would definitely recommend for the excellent service, thoughtful design, and unbeatable location!

To be improved

Just a small note: the bed could have been more comfortable, and the balcony wasn’t really in use. There was also a slight old smell, but nothing that overshadowed the overall experience.

“The staff was great and available to accommodate our needs. The position was good very close to the tube station. It is on a main road, but our room was quiet. · Cons: The room was not really how it was in the picture. It was very dark because the balcony was basically “blind” As a B&B Boutique I have to say, I was expecting a bit more of attention to details.”
