The best

It is very hard to locate the property. No mention of the two sets of stairs, not helpful as we are both 70 with no help to carry the luggage. There is no cleaning service or laundry change even though we stayed for 2 weeks, very usual. The furnishings were tired, and the mirror on the bedroom Cupboard was badly cracked. There were 3 mugs, not matching, one of which was badly chipped. The cupboard door in the kitchen fell off its hinges. The hob was badly worn and needed replacing. The settings were worn off the knobs so they could not adjust the settings. The cushions on the settee were badly in need of replacing. The curtains were threadbare.

The best

The ambiance of Puebla Aida and the pool area is great. The apartment is nice and clean, well maintained.

To be improved

This is not really an issue with the apartment, but maybe not the best choice if travelling with a toddler. The stone cladding on the floor is a bit cold - not the best place to put down a child.
