The best

Value for money. Very friendly and good communication. Our apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Good location.

To be improved

They seem to be doing some work on the surroundings, the front of the building could be more nice but that is probably being worked on.

If it's apartment 127 you are booking, I wouldn't. The most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. The mattress must be over 10 years old. I had to sleep on the couch.

Only the lady that did the communication and check in.

To be improved

It was super outdated, the building itself is old, there are nets outside because probably things fell down in the past. Inside it is warm and very outdated. The bed was terrible, I could feel the bed coils in my back. The response was: yes we cannot keep everyone satisfied. The couch and chairs the same story. In the cabinet and shower there was mould. It felt not comfortable inside, we expected to get a room with ac but thats only the apartment with the red kitchen. There is a ventilator but when you turn that on you need earplugs because of the noise it makes. We booked for 8 nights but we left after the first night. We asked for a refund for a few days but we got a basic answer that the bed was new bla bla. Anyway if you have more time available: look for another place!
