Firstly, I could not pay for the apartment through booking.com. I was asked to pay the host directly the full amount before arrival. I suspected a scam and had to contact your helpline for advice. Secondly, the apartment was described as having a “fully equipped kitchen” it was NOT fully equipped. There was no conventional oven, only a small microwave oven. I was unable to cook a Christmas dinner.

Everything was cosy, clean and comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, lovely sea view from the balcony, 5 minutes walk to the beach.
