the position of the flat near the city centre

To be improved

- first we didn't get the check-in information before the check-in time and we have to ask for them, it takes some time and communication was very confusing (first they sent us bad code for entrance). - There is WIFI but without internet - the handle of the door broke after we entered the second time, The repairman spilled a decoration with fragrance and left it spilled on the ground, The door stayed the whole night unlocked, they weren't able to repair it.

The property was located in a central neighbourhood.

To be improved

The apartment was too small and was only accessible by stairs. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was also very small and you could hear everything outside.
