Unicorn Residence for students New Opening 2024

The facilities are brand new, stylish, and thoughtfully designed for student life. My room was bright, comfortable, and included a private bathroom and study space. The common areas — like the lounge, gym, and study rooms — made it easy to meet people and feel at home. The location is convenient, with shops and public transport nearby. Staff were friendly and always available to help. A great place for students who want a mix of comfort, independence, and community!

The room was quite big, the staff is very welcoming and available to help. We found out that the door on the balcony could not properly close and they fixed it during the day.

Good location. Good price, even though I travelled single. Meaning there were 3 beds in the room and plenty of room for myself. I could change beds as the mattress from the first bed I slept in was really poor compared to the other one, which was of far better quality. There were constructions going on in the corridors though they only started around 9 or so and ended at a decent time, so real hinder was experienced.

It appeared to me that the facility had undergone a major renovation, so everything seemed new and clean. The reception is staffed 24 hours and the staff was very nice and helpful.

I don't quite understand some of the bad reviews. You get a great deal for your money here, but of course it isn't a luxorious hotel and is clearly labelled as a student residence. But even for us with two small kids, we found it just fine for a night. The beds were clean and comfy, the bathroom big enough and clean, and the building overall was also just fine. The staff was super friendly too :) The breakfast (toast, scrambled eggs with bacon, and coffee) was also just fine considering it was included in the price.
