“Beautiful well spaced out apartment right in the centre of town. Comfy bed, large bathroom, decent living/dining space with a beautiful Balconette that gets the sun until late afternoon. Self Check in so no staff but process was simple. Exceptionally clean. Used to live in Valencia so will def return. · Cons: Nothing.”

“Airco did not function”

The air conditioning did not function. With outside temperatures of 35 degrees Celsius it is an absolut must to have a well functioning airco. It was really hot in the apartment, we couldn’t sleep and it was not healthy. We stayed at the fourth floor under the roof , it was extremely hot there. We contacted the people of the apartment via Booking.com. At first they said that they could not reach the boss, that he didn’t answer. Then (after 2 days) they said they had sent a technician that concluded that it did work which was obviously not the case. They said they may replace something in the airco tomorrow or the day after, which is when our stay was already over. Communication was poor, they really let us down at this, we would never book it again. We had to buy a fan which could not replace a well working airco of course.
