The location of the apartment is great I would say, really close to the sea, where there are some eating options(most of them offering junk food) and close to a shopping mall and few small supermarkets. In case you are not into cooking for yourself there is a Hilton across the property where one can have a decent breakfast, though overpriced. The hosts were as kind as they could be, trying to compensate the minuses of the apartment by being so. The fact that we got back our full deposit after the departure was great, cause the apartment was in really bad shape...

To be improved

The fact that the hosts know about the wear and tear of the apartment but instead of renovating it (massive renovations are needed) they try to bypass Booking's review system and mislead future customers, asking clients to send lower than 5 star reviews to them only....Really disappointed. Hard to say any good words about the property other than its location. Also they have asked to make copies after our passports upon arrival (I wonder how GDPR compliant was this and how they store/how they delete data) and we also paid for the city tax and the deposit giving the credit card details over the phone when we arrived, cause we didn't have enough cash with us for both (yeah, we are really risk takers :)) ... I counted on 3D secure though).

“nice stay”

The best

we were there for a business trip and the location was perfect for us. it was also quite close to the centre by metro. we were four and the flat was quite comfortable. Thé owner is very available and answer as fast as he could to the small issues we encountered.

To be improved

unfortunately, the people who rented the flat before us left it quite dirty and even though the stuff did their best in a short time to clean the flat, it was not perfectly clean. also we had only one key for the four of us which was not always convenient. But if I understood from the exchange with the owner, it was not supposed to be the case. so all in all, it was circumstantial and the owner was very quick in answering and finding a solution.
