Excellent location! Within walking distance of the Retiro Park and the Prado Museum. Very good transport links to the more remote parts of Madrid. Check-in without any problems. An employee of the company that manages the apartment was waiting for us. My advice is to register on the company's website and maintain constant contact with them via Whatsapp. They respond immediately, the attitude is very good, they even showed understanding and allowed us to extend our stay by a few hours, free of charge. That way we didn't have to carry our suitcases with us until it was time to head to the airport. The apartment is, although slightly worn out, available with everything you need. Clean bed linen, towels, comfortable mattresses in the master bedroom, glasses, cutlery, plates. There is a "decorative" window in the additional bedroom and the beds are a little uncomfortable. It was very clean everywhere. There is no coffee machine, although there are capsules for one, but there is a coffee maker for which we bought coffee and everything was fine. In the surrounding streets there are several supermarkets, cafes, restaurants. Very nice and safe neighborhood. We are very satisfied! Thank you MintyStay! We hope to see you again soon!

The apartment is minimalist contemporary, and the location is in a very quiet community. The building is dated, and corridors are a bit dark. However, the apartment itself is a gem within. It is very well lit with all the facilities one will need. Countkess storage space and cupboards are available for use. Located near supermarket in front of the building and restaurants on the ground floor who cooks good paella, theres an italian restaurant near as well. Staff is amazing and supportive and communicates well in english. 15-20 few minutes walk to Madrid centre... quite a good experience and walk experience as well.
