We were in room 1 block 2. The room was excellent. The staff were 1st class. The whole hotel was clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Staff was brilliant clean and smart. Hotel was clean.pool was great. Room was lovely. Very polite we enjoyed.food was lovely fresh and clean.

Pros; Great location, 5 min walk from the beach and set back from the main strip which makes it very quiet We booked a 1 bed apartment, it was clean, spacious and the air conditioning was great Pool area was good, most days plenty of sun beds. It was clean, decent size pool and Pool bar staff walk around with complimentary fruit which is a nice touch Staff were excellent, very helpful, attentive and friendly Cons; Mosquitoes are a killer, loads and everywhere making the balcony unusable past 7pm. We assumed because the hotel was right on the lake it was a perfect location for them. My wife and I were bit 20+ times (not an exaggeration) in a 9 day stay. We had plugins and repellent and didn’t make a difference. We had a terrible smell coming through the kitchen sink for 3 days, reported it on day 2 and nothing happened so was a little more forceful on day 3 and it was quickly fixed. I did explain it was making us feel ill (particularly bad first thing in the morning) and on day 3 it was resolved and didn’t come back. Pool towels, you pay €10 per towel per week which a new one on me. For a family of 4 €80 for pool towels felt expensive, particularly when they can only be changed twice meaning you don’t get clean ones every day. First time I’ve had to pay so didn’t feel great. Kitchen not the best equipped, 2 glasses and there were 4 of us (we used some pool glasses in the end) - we only ate breakfast and lunch in the room so no massive drama for us. Restaurant and bar area very quiet and closes early - maybe because very quiet (and tonnes of Mosquitoes) but soulless at night Last thing to be aware of, the hotel is split over two sides of the road so you do end up crossing a reasonably busy road to get from reception to the pool. We had two young kids… not a good thing or bad thing but something to be aware of.

We have just come back from here, cannot recommend highly enough!! Absolutely spotless and kept lovely by the very respectful staff, no fighting for sunbeds as nobody rushes down with towels first thing. Water refill stations by every block, supporting their environment awareness. Just so quiet and in a great setting. Would absolutely return to this lovely accommodation, thank-you!

Excellent room and very nice and helpful staff as I was running back and forth between hotel and hospital where my wife was recovering from a severe episode of pneumonia

Very happy with service , spotless everything we needed was in our apartment, staff friendly and helpful in everyway. Everything was in walking distance from hotel
