Lovely location very near the sea.
The hotel was very clean and tidy.
Mixed feelings due to issues with unruly children but positive aspects noted.

“Very nice hotel and staff!”
We had a lovely week here at the end of March. We were welcomed with a glass of Cava, while we checked in, very nice touch. The whole hotel feels modern and clean. Our room was lovely, even though it wasn't a sea view room, you could still see it, also the sunset on the left of the balcony. Last day we saw the sunrise as well, again at the corner of the balcony, but still...gorgeous. It had a smart TV, so you could log on to Netflix, Amazon, Disney...etc.., USB sockets, the water filter on every floor is such a good idea. We were half board, the food was lovely and fresh and something different every day. Pool area was really nice, we did use the sunloungers a few times, didn't try the pool, as it's not heated. Very clean pool toilets. All staff members were lovely, professional and friendly. You could tell they were very happy in their jobs. Tried a few cocktails, very nice. Quite disappointed that the roof top bar/terrace wasn't opened, but I could see why, as it was quite a windy week. We were able to go up and have a look and I can only imagine how nice it is to sit there in the evening and watch the sunset. The hotel was busy, and it felt like it got even busier as the week went on. Lots of big groups of youngsters...swimmers...but with all that...it didn't feel noisy or hectic at all. The whole week was very relaxing. If I could make one comment, it would be the fact that you have access to nice, fresh, cold water for free at all times, but for the same water you had to pay at dinner, €3.70. It didn't put me off, but it's just an observation.. Thank u Hotel Romantica for a lovely week!
“A hidden gem”
Rooms Suite with sea view was a little small as the sofa was left as a bed all week which Limited the space. However, the beds in the bedroom and the sofa bed were very comfortable, as were the pillows. Lovely large bathroom with double sinks and big walk in shower. The sea view was amazing and and the balcony was a sun trap/sheltered from the wind. Lots if wardrobe space and drawers for storage. Cleaned daily and towels changed on request. Small fridge but no ice box. Nespresso coffee machine and kettle provided. Safe was free to use. Nearby activities The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the main Street. You pass the salt flats which are interesting. Hardly anything open as very early season but we knew this before we booked. The port is about a 20 minute walk away. You can walk along the sea coast for miles. Safety We felt safe during our stay. Walkability Mainly flat surroundings. A good coastal path stretches for miles. Food and drinks Quite a small selection of food on All Inclusive but good quality and usually hot. Good selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non alcoholic on All Inclusive. Waiter service at lunch and dinner and for the bar in the evening. Noteworthy details Lovely hotel, great views, very friendly staff. Bruno made us feel very welcome when we arrived late in the evening and took us through to the dining room where there were wrapped plates of cheese, meat, salad and fruit waiting for us - a lovely touch. Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Quiet, Child-friendly

“Great place to relax & unwind!”
Beautiful stay in Colónia de sant jordi - the location is very picturesque and relaxing. The hotel was also very serene, with great decor and far reaching sea views. We stayed B&B, huge choice of foods at breakfast time and no rushing. Room was lovely, housekeeping excellent. Really enjoyed walking around the little town and a day in Palma via local buses, which ran like clockwork. Lola on reception gave us tips on things to do / places of interest on check in. A fabulous short break, and I would certainly return.
“Easter 2026 break”
Location The hotel is located a couple of hundred feet from the sea with beautiful stunning views over the sea. About a 2 min walk. Make sure to pay extra for a room with a view. We paid for a superior room with seaviews and it was on the 4th floor. Worth it! There is a corner shop/souvenir place at the sea front, open every day until 8 pm. Ideal for grabbing that bottle of water or snack. Although a bit expensive. If you're willing to walk about 10 mins into town there is a cheaper supermarket but it's not that big, more like a slightly bigger Tesco Express. The hotel is located in a simple village/town - you can walk from one end of the seafront to the other in about 20 mins. Impossible to get lost in, safe and quiet, it's the ideal location for a vacation where you need to unwind with lots of long walks by the seafront. I'm sure boating trips and other activities are available in the summer but given that we went in the low season, it was fairly quiet with walking and cycling being the main activity. It was too cold to sunbathe most days, with strong winds blowing in off the sea but I liked that....it meant the air was fresh and after a good walk, your appetite was keen. The demographic in the hotel were youth groups who appeared to be on excursions or club trips, couples with very young preschoolers and grey haired retirees. Not an ideal place for primary or secondary age kids as there wasn't much to keep them occupied. The hotel had a small playground and the pool in front, and that was about it. There were simple evening entertainment shows for the kids but daytime you would have to occupy your darlings. Atmosphere The staff are incredibly friendly and hardworking, and are the hotel's best asset. I can't remember everyone's names but everyone was lovely and a special shout out to Mohammed and Josy (waiting/kitchen staff) who were consistently friendly breakfast, lunch and dinner! The hotel is clean and modern. I particularly liked the fact that the balcony/veranda was sans bird poop which I have seen in other places. You could eat off the floor (almost!) Meals We went with the half board option (breakfast and dinner) and the variety of food was superb. Staff worked hard to clear dishes and refill trays as quickly as you finished them. There were staples like salads available at each meal and some variety in the main menu, with their burgers, fries and ice cream being particularly popular. Decent quality. Heinz Ketchup and baked beans. Some of the meat and fish was very salty - not sure whether it was the local cuisine or intended to make you buy drinks. If you're not all inclusive, expect to pay for all drinks and even water, at lunch and dinner. About the only free drinks are tea and coffee at breakfast (from machine). No hot chocolate. And you're not allowed to take your own water into meals which I did once, because I prefer bottled water and am never sure about the source of other waters but I imagine it was filtered. In any event I had no problem with it. A carafe of water was around 3.70 euros. Rooms Bed was comfy and pillows were firm but squishy so a good night's sleep was had. Being able to open the curtains and sliding door onto the beautiful Mediterranean sea was the best feature. Room itself was average UK style double room - think Premier Inn. Beds were two singles pushed together but not fastened so with a tendency to slide around. Bathroom was clean, modern and with a good strong flush, essential after you spend the whole day eating. It has both a rainfall shower and handheld shower 🚿. There was a kettle provided but no cups or spoons which was interesting, but I collected some from the restaurant. Housekeeping was amazing - they cleaned every single day unless you asked them not to......mopped floors, changed towels, cleaned out bins, wiped around essentially everything except changing the bedding. Nothing like coming back to a freshly cleaned room. Definitely carry some Euros to tip staff, they deserve it. Suggestion for the bedroom would be to allow people to hire a humidifier as the air can be dry at night - I had to keep a bottle of water on the bedside. There were two lifts (just about squeeze 2 people and luggage) and seven floors, with a rooftop terrace/restaurant area. The main restaurant and bar were on the ground floor. Decently wide lobby area. All in all, good value for money, and provided they keep up the good work with the cleaning, food and friendly staff, I would definitely return again and recommend it for a peaceful break. ❤️
“Lovely relaxing holiday”
Beautiful clean Hotel rooms lovely had a see view. The food can be a little repetitive we gave it a miss on a few breakfast days We stayed half board. The only gripe I had was that I was told off for taking my water bottle in so I brought one of there’s from the bar and refilled it and took that in for our evening meal and was told off again they said that I should of brought another one from the bar ?
