“We loved staying at this property”

The best

We loved the facilities and the room and everything about the property except for one thing. We were not informed that to sit in a chair by the pool we had to pay 7 euros per person even though the pool area was nice.

To be improved

The pool attendant Jesse was very aggressive about getting 7 euros per person per day even though the first day we arrived at 5.30pm at the pool. We knew he didn't charge everyone as we had relatives stay there and only sometimes charged. He was unable to provide a copy of my 21 euro cc charge (3) We loved everything about the property and our stay except for this.

“Sweet apartment in great location”

The best

We have stayed at this resort before and a few years on it didn’t disappoint. The property we stayed in was a one bed apartment on the ground floor with a terrace and all the amenities needed for a break in Banus. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had a couple of minor issues on check in and they were resolved very quickly. We also asked for and received a late checkout no problem. The pool is lovely, temperature perfect. The hair salon was a lovely experience, Sabrina the owner is charming and welcoming. The cafe on site serves decent food but closes at 4pm. The grounds are immaculate and well tended. Parking on site is free too. You are only a 10 minute walk to the beach and Puerto Banus which is full of great restaurants, bars and fabulous shops ☺️

To be improved

It is a little tired/dated decor wise but spotlessly clean. We were not there for the decor! The beds felt a little small/narrow compared to other places we’ve stayed but they were comfortable and clean. You do have to pay for sunbed by the pool, €7 each per day but Jesse the pool boy works hard to keep the area clean, safe and is always on hand to help with parasol and bed placement. No real complaints from us. You get what you pay for 😊
