I messaged the hotel on booking.com to see if I could stay another night and how much. They gave me a price, I accepted and they said they would charge my same credit card details. For some reason I was locked out of my room at 12pm for 4,5 hours with all my belongings still inside. I messaged the hotel multiple times but no reply. Ignored! I was extremely upset as i found myself in an unfamiliar city with no money. I asked a lady I didn’t know if she could call them as I only had data not calls and she did. The hotel said I had not paid!!!! Then miraculously the door was unlocked. Hey didn’t ask for payment details but the payment was processed. No apology. Because the 2nd night was booked bypassing booking.com, they did not know anything about it and could not do anything!!!.
