The house is great with many equipments and rooms / beds are comfortable. Location is also nice if you have a car.

To be improved

Extreme dissatisfaction with the host's service during our stay. Service was non-existent, handled by unresponsive intermediaries who only prioritize payment. Our stay was plagued by multiple power outages due to faulty electricals, leading to no heating or warm water. The host's team dismissively blamed "rain" (which was light) and offered no solution. Furthermore, my mother's glasses, initially confirmed found, mysteriously disappeared after we requested their return, with all follow-up attempts met with silence even if we mentioned our willingness to cover shipment costs. This entire experience reflects a shocking lack of accountability and disregard for guest well-being.

The best

We stayed with friends to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday, and it was absolutely perfect. The villa was spacious, modern, and spotless, with everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The outdoor area with the pool was ideal for gathering and celebrating, and the location was quiet yet close to Alicante's city center and beaches. We had a fantastic time and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

We are so happy with everything! The villa was incredible and we had the best time!

To be improved

We didn’t know that the pool wasn’t heated, so not much swimming but it was December so maybe we should have figured that out.
