“I wasn’t happy with this booking. Stuff weren’t responsive. Feels like talking with robots !”
The best

It was clean but not as description. Far from center and it was super warm. It has a game center underneath, probably it is the cause of such issue.

To be improved

Air conditioning only available in living room. Rooms are hot and one of the room contains damaged airo. Wifi is not working. Tried to contact the customer service but they were slow to react. And they tried to charge us towel with 20 euro even that we didn’t damage it. No towel cost 20 euros especially in case that we didn’t damage it. I was disappointed after their request. If they didn’t ask such things i wouldn’t be complaining right now. I understand that they have work to do but they should care about the customer !
