“Great location, staff I was there several times. The staff is very friendly especially the receptionist at night and in the evening. Quiet place and good location. · Cons: The reception girls in the morning were not what I am used to in this place. Very hot in the cabin and the fan makes more noise than cooling.”

Staff super friendly and helpful. Bathroom and capsule clean, enough space to sleep. It's dark, so you can sleep long. Nice area in the centre, everything you need is just around the corner.

The best

Really clean and good facilities. Never too busy to use the washrooms. Quiet and respectful at night. Comfy and large pods definitely enough room for two people. Friendly staff always there to help. Amazing location.

To be improved

Only problem is that the fan in the pods is loud at night but with some earbuds in it is fine. It also does get a bit hot but it is Madrid so 🤷‍♂️
