Very easy instructions to get the keys, fast response in the communication. 2 very nice size rooms and 2 toilets, perfect for a family of 4. Easy to access, many amenities around

The best

Great place! Me and a colleague traveled to Sevilla for work and found this appartment to be the perfect choice (our conference was outside the old town and this was in a perfect middle). It was clean, the bed was amazing, it has two separate bathrooms and a reasonably equipped kitchen - everything you need for a few days. it's modern, there's a bit of artwork to warm up the place. The public transport connections were very good. the communication with the host was excellent.

To be improved

Not the fault of the owners at all, but mind the appartment is on the ground floor and if leave the windows open you'll get guests.We got a curious gecko in, and curious little flies, but that's what you get in a warm climate.

“Spacious apartment, not far from cenrtum.”
The best

Nice location in a quiet neighborhood, close to bus stops and to stores. Spacious, fully equipped, large living room with kitchen, two bedrooms and two toiletséshowers. Owner provided a key to access the appartment, and also provided additional access using an app which was handy as we were four. Owner was very cooperative.

To be improved

Warm water in one of the showers did not function properly - the 2nd worked fine.
