Lady met in person and gave us keys, walk us through the apartment, showed us the parking and how to access elevators etc.

To be improved

Finding the parking spot was a bit difficult and there was not much signs where to go. The map that was given was blurry. Once you know though, it was okay but it would be nice if there were clearer signs/directions.
