We love that the hotel is a quick drive to the venue we play at Hi Ibiza! The local area is filled with places to eat and have a glass of wine or cold beverage. The staff is always so kind to us. Live The Hype Life!

Perfect clima-air conditioning, great king size bed, very good sound proofing from outdoor noises, very polite and helpful staff. As much as hotels go, very good cleaning. Immediate and satisfying hot water supply. For a third for the toilet flushing works perfectly.

To be improved

Needs a stronger hairdryer. Breakfast should improve in quantity and quality.

The room was completely fine and the location is good.

The customer service at Urban Spaces Ibiza was horrific. My checkout was on Monday, so on Sunday evening I went to the front desk and asked about late checkout. The man working at the front desk was more than happy to tell me that I could pay 60 Euros for an extended checkout to 3PM, and that I could even book an additional night for 230 Euros. I told him I would like the late checkout and I would let him know about the additional night. The next morning, while I was not even at the hotel, a woman called me and told me that I needed to be out by 11AM. When I explained to her my conversation with the man from the night prior, she literally accused me of lying and simply repeated over and over "impossible, impossible." When I continued to explain to her his exact words to me, she denied again and told me that she trusted her coworker and didn't believe me. The fact that she made zero attempt to sympathize with my situation, which was caused fully by her staff, and actually accused me of lying, was unacceptable for me. I had to change my plans and rush back to the hotel, only for her to say that now I CAN have late checkout but only until 2PM and would still need to pay 60 Euros. She later apologized for how things went down, but it was really too little too late. I don't know WHY he gave me incorrect info, but the fact that she didn't even bother listening to me or believing me really put a terrible taste in my mouth for this hotel. Super disappointed based on the reviews I read.
