Urban suite 4 (1 room)

Unfortunately, the communication with the host was not a good experience. When I rented the apartment, took so long for the host starting replying me. Once the host replied first message, the communication was good. However, the instructions to get in the apartment was sent extremely late after I request it three times and I was getting very worried because I travelled with my family. Also, the host reserved a car park space for a car that we rented, but no clear instructions were sent and unfortunately I need to pay extra to park the car for all three nights that it was not the agreement with the host. Another surprise, we thought the double bed was located in a separated bedroom, but the there is no division. Unfortunately, the mattress is not really good and it is sagging in the middle.

When I arrived, nothing was cleaned, dirty bed sheets and towels from the guest before, I arrived at 5pm and couldn’t nobody reach , I called the number without success, I had to sleep in dirty bed sheets (used from the guest before)it took them until the next day at 5pm until it was clean, communication only in Spanish (not even translated for what’s app)
