The best

Good value for money. Rooms were large and comfy. Large shower with pleasantly grippy floor. Good block out blinds and no street noise. Shops nearby. Good kitchen facilities; stove top, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots,pans, plates etc. Short walk from train and bus station.

To be improved

Could have used a bin in the room and a second chair for the table. We found it slightly confusing to retrieve the keys, but have attached a photo of where they were.

Clean and comfortable, shared kitchen and living room space was very nice. Everything was clean and comfortable and everything worked .

To be improved

A chair in bedroom? I think it would be helpful if there was bus information and maybe other tourist / places to visit pamphlets/ walking map of area available in common area to pick up/ look at. Also a book where guests could put recommendations for places to eat/ drink etc. we were only there 2 nights and that was very nice

“Exceptional”

The best

Clear in struction for checking-in (but annoy many auto messages). Good location in city center, walkable to tourist attractions. Apartment is in the new building with lift, large room with private bathroom, large kitchen with full utensil, large living room and strong WIFI.

To be improved

More cloth rack should be install in bathroom.
