“Solo trip in Seville”

The best

The location is great and it's only a short walk to the cathedral etc. The room was also very spacious and clean. It was perfect for a few nights stay in Seville.

To be improved

It was a little noisy. The walls were very thin and you could hear other guests quite loudly at times.

“Value of money”

The best

location good, lots of transport connections, restaurants and Cafe nearby. Big supermarket next door. Air conditioner is good for the hot weather.

To be improved

The kitchen too small and not so clean. Fringe small and create very loud noise.

“Short but Sweet stay in Triana”

The best

The room was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. I have stayed here before and will most likely stay there again the next time that I am in the city. WiFi password is on a sign at the front desk so remember to take a picture on your phone when you check in.

To be improved

They should provide some refuse bags in the room. There is just a tiny dust bin under the sink. Not sure if we can ask for refuse bags from the front desk but I think they should just be provided in the rooms.

“Short stay in a convenient location”

The best

The location was very good close to the centre with shops and restaurants nearby. The room was nice and cosy and very easy to collect the keys from reception desk.

To be improved

I was not provided with the password to the WiFi. To be fair I did not ask because I was only there for 1 night but I should not have to ask for it, it can easily be provided on a printed sheet of paper and stuck to the door / wall in each room along with details of fire exits /safety information. Also, the blinds on the window can only be rolled up with no privacy screen so you can't really roll them up in the morning until you have finished getting dressed and most likely ready to leave the room for the day.
