It was very very noisy, there are no outside Windows and it was not super clean

Some cupboards and wardrobe were unusable due to left over building material or cleaning supplies

Had to pay extra for linens for the sofa bed despite being advertised for three people. Quite a bit of noise from the patio centre but that is expected due to the location.

Entrance too near lift entrance so a bit noisy at times

In fairness the owner contacted us shortly we travelled to inform us there had been a leak and offered for us to cancel. The leak had been cleaned but some of the doors and skirting had swelled meaning the bathroom door would not close. It's hard to score the place down because of this as it wasn't the owners fault and we had little time to change booking.
