“We rented the flat for the pool, which was unavailable without warning.”
The best

The location was wonderful, and the swimming pool was our main reason for choosing the property but they didn't tell us, it was closed and we could not have been able to use it. Really bad!

To be improved

We rented a flat with a swimming pool, and at no point were we informed that the pool would be unavailable. Without access to the pool, the value for money of the apartment was quite poor. In addition, many elements in the house were not functioning properly, and the people in charge never sent anyone to check or resolve the issues. In the end, we understood some things like the dishwasher was new but wasn't installed.
