I personally, did not enjoy the breakfast at all. In fact, I eat out after the first day. Location is excellent! However, under the beds needs a bit more care and front desk staff, a bit more help towards the guest.

Me and my partner are currently staying here for a pre birthday 21st getaway. We haven’t even left yet but we can’t wait to leave the review as this hotel has absolutely exceeded every expectation from the moment we arrived! The location is perfect, quieter evenings but still a short walk away from the centre for nightlife/ hundreds of local shops and restaurants to choose from, which are always busy and welcoming. The hotel has the most gorgeous rooftop bar and pool area. The views are incredible both at night and during the day, and the prices considering it’s a rooftop bar are really reasonable. The rooms are absolutely spotless- modern, clean, cosy and fully equipped with everything you’d possibly need. (Mini fridge, coffee stand, aircon, large tv, hairdryer, etc) our room (1106) has an INCREDIBLE view too. We also really love the environmental green programme. Where if you don’t get your room cleaned / sheets changed once a day you receive a 5 euro voucher for the rooftop bar which is just amazing. Staff are super friendly and always smiling, and we’ve had absolutely no communication issues as read in another review. Such a gorgeous hotel, definitely recommend visiting. We can’t wait to spend another week here!!

This is not a review of the hotel as we didn't get the chance to stay here. This is a review of their customer service which is non existent. I booked this hotel through their own website and was quoted 722 Euros for our stay. Using their website, this converted to £623. Payment is not taken straight away. They have a system where they send you a link within 48hrs which you use to make your payment. The link arrived asking for 722 Euros. However, when I converted it to GBP using the same site, it now came out at £719. Nearly £100 more! I know currency fluctuates but not by that much. Dumfounded, I emailed the hotel asking why there is such a discrepancy between what I had been quoted and what I was expected to pay in GBP. No response. So I emailed again 24hrs later and was again ignored and the booking was cancelled. So be aware when booking through the hotel of what you might actually be paying in your own currency. I'm glad I'm not spending my hard earned money in a hotel that shows no courtesy to its customers based on my own experience
