We had a flood in the bathroom because the shower doors didn't seal out the water.

No information about arrival There was no information about check-in after arrival. The reception was located in a different building, but this was not indicated anywhere. Searching for directions on Google, we found the door, but there was no information there either. Fortunately, we met some workers who showed us the way. When I finally arrived, I asked the receptionist why there were no signs. She replied that she knew about the problem, but nothing seemed to change. The service was quite dry - the administrator didn't even greet me, nor did anyone else in the facility, even during breakfast. This was quite strange and left a bad impression. Breakfast The breakfast was very basic, although I must admit that the selection of dishes was quite large. Unfortunately, the coffee was terrible - probably the worst I've had on Gran Canaria. There was also no sparkling water, and not even a bottle of water was waiting in the apartment after arrival. The kitchen was well-equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and kitchen utensils. However, I was surprised that there was no kettle, which seems like a fairly basic appliance. Apartment The apartment itself is spacious - two bedrooms and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the bathroom is a complete disaster. I bought flip-flops because I was afraid of getting fungal infections - it's clear they've never been thoroughly cleaned. There was visible mold, rust, and fruit flies on the walls. The shower handles were rusty (as visible in the photos), and toilet paper was provided in minimal quantities. Moreover, it was impossible to lock the toilet from the inside because the lock was broken. Throughout my entire stay, there was no cleaning - trash wasn't taken out, and when I asked to change the towels, I was told it would cost an additional 12 euros. The pillows looked very worn out and should have been replaced long ago.

Requested 10 euros an hour to pay for extra time on departure when there were plenty of empty apartments available. It was comfortably furnished but very minimal style..a few more pictures on walls to liven it up perhaps?
