“Very Unpleasant and dissappointing.”

Many problems: Washing machine didn’t work and the host knew this before ww arrived but tried to act as though he thought it was working. There was dried up soap in the spot for the laundry soap. There was no dishwasher or washing machine soap in the unit. There hall lights didn’t turn on at night so we had to use our phone light to find the key hole. We told the host but it was ‘t resolved. The unit was just off the square and across from a reataurant with outdoor seating. There was Loud Music and Loud talking until 4-5am each night. We could not lock the bedroom french doors as the bracket to secure one of the doors, was missing. Our door was basically always open to the loud music and noise all night. We got No Sleep our entire stay.Then there was a water problem our second day that we were notified about.When we returned to the unit we found there was no water pressure. We notified the host but nothing was done to fix it. Therefore, taking a shower and trying to rinse out my long hair was very Difficult! Never would I recommend this to my worst enemy! And it was very Expensive compared to others in the area. Very Disappointed. I messaged the host after we checked out and said I was anticipating his response.. Three days have passed and haven’t heard anything.

Excellent location, nice building, property was a good size. Had all the relevant amenities.

To be improved

Air conditioning in main area had no remote so unable to use - to be fair we did not report this as we were only there a few days. Just felt in places things were a little tired especially in the bathroom area.

“The apartment was for the price and location very ideal for a short Malaga trip.”

The best

The Location was very central, the apartment was spacious, the bathroom had 2 sinks which was perfect for three people. The owner was always available, which was very helpful. Noice cancelling was surprisingly well. The dishwashing set was of much help.

To be improved

There was a very strong onion like smell which wouldn’t fade even after ventilating our whole trip. The equipment in the kitchen was poorly cleaned. A few pieces of furniture were rusted and therefore unusable. The sofa was very dirty and unsuitable for a third person and there wasn’t a duvet cover.

“Perfect!”

The best

When we arrived to discover our original booking was cancelled, we were offered this substitute in a similar (excellent) location and it turned out to be even better. A newly-refurbished and well-equipped apartment with subtle colours and tasteful decoration. All that and it cost about £50 less for the three nights we stayed. We loved it!

Excellent location in the heart of Malaga. Apartment was very spacious with excellent facilities, separate bedroom and bathroom. Easy access to apartment and lift to floor. Highly recommended.

To be improved

TV could have been better but that is being pedantic.
