Little issues were solved.

One bedroom is not really a room but rather a corner in the kitchen. It was not a big issue for us being a family but it can be a challenge for two couples or a group of friends.

overall everything was fine but the air conditioner was not working properly ( I guess there was no freon left ).

It might have been our bad luck, but when we arrived late at night, there were only 2 sets of towels in the apartment, despite checking in for 4 people. Half of them could not shower after a long day of traveling overseas... We asked that they provide extra towels that night but only got a response the next day. But when we came back to our apartment later that 2nd evening, they had dropped off 4 new towels but removed all our bed sheets... It took a few hours to get a new set of sheets so we could sleep. We felt like the ad was a bit misleading. It states that there are 2 bedrooms, however, there is 1 closed bedroom and the second "room" is just a corner where they have placed a divider - if someone is in the kitchen, they can see into the "bedroom". The bathrooms are very small, especially the showers - you can barely move in there. The kitchen is barely functional - there isn't much to cook with and basics are not provided - salt, pepper, cooking oil...

AC not sufficient for space, making it hot and uncomfortable in all areas except the single enclosed bedroom. No hooks in bathrooms for towels. No handsoap/hand towels. No tissues/paper towels. 1 set of keys. No drying rack for wet items (beach town). No working safe. An extra set of towels and 2 pillows would have been nice. Bare minimum given and small details that add convenience ignored. I guess they figure the location is amazing enough to forego the extra. Same complaints can be read going back over a year and no changes made.
