The bathroom didn’t have a vent, so it smelled like mold after every shower, we payed over 100€ per night and for 6 nights we were given two rolls of toilet paper in total, never happened to me before that not even toilet paper was provided, the shower and the floors weren’t very clean, we weren’t even given a cloth to use in the kitchen for taking out the pots from the stove, the ad said that there was a toaster but there wasn’t, if you plan on using the dishwasher and the washing machine just know you will have to bring your own detergent, they only provide a 30 ml dish soap that was obviously not enough for six nights. Also if you plan on cooking something in the kitchen bring your own seasoning because there is no salt nor oil, etc. Overall the lack of attention to detail after spending over 100€ per night was what left us really disappointed. Also we had issues with the door the first time and the agency did nothing to help us, we had to figure it out ourselves, and the address seen on the ad (Calle del Cristo de la Epidemia 52) is not the actual address, the house is just around the corner but still I don’t see why they should give the address of a palace that has nothing to do with the apartment. Be careful that the stairs are quite high to climb especially with heavy luggage and the apartment is not in a palace or condo, so the front door is directly on the street.
