The staff at the premises for check in for very friendly, accommodating and easy to relate to.

To be improved

The odour of the building was too overwhelming. Our room smelled like stale cigarette with an overlay of too strong perfume. The kitchen was pretty sparse in terms of amenities. We had no kettle to boil water for coffee/tea and the pot that we were able to use on the stovetop had a handle that was very loose and not stable. The shower door did not close.

“A pleasant stay with a view of the basilica”
The best

Beautiful building, big appartements, very bright and well equiped. The bed is comfortable and the terrasse offers a nice view of the basilica. The staff is very welcoming.

To be improved

The shower is a bit old and small. The small one-use shampoo bags are not very convenient to use.
