6 flights of stairs can be a challenge with luggage, but worth it to get the views.

“Perfect apartment with a big terrace, really close to the city centre😍”

Perfect apartment with the perfect location, not right in the city centre and not in a touristy part, but still close enough to get to every major site by walking. We loved the terrace and didn't mind that the apartment was on the 6th floor because it was well worth it. The bed was a lot bigger than expected, also good communication with the host❤️Definetly would recommend this accomodation to everyone visiting Barcelona😊🌴

“We had a lovely stay”

The best

The apartment was very spacious and had everything you needed. The bed is different from the pictures, a bit bigger than expected, which was very nice. The biggest asset of the apartment is of course the terrace. We were able to sit outside and have breakfast or lunch there, which was very pleasant if you wanted to escape the hustle and bustle of the city for a while. The location is very good, there are lots of supermarkets nearby and you are very close to the metro.

To be improved

The bathroom was fine, only the shower was very narrow. For us this was not a problem, but for slightly bigger people it seems a bit narrow. The table in the dining room was old and worn and the sofa had a few dirty stains. The apartment is on the top floor, so getting to the top is a challenge every time. But we knew this in advance, so were prepared for this. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay in this apartment.

“decent apartment in a fairly central area/ location.”

the space in general was good. the terrace was a nice spot to sit and enjoy a drink and the sunny weather. it may be nice to have 2 sun beds especially in the summer months if you wanted to chill and have a sunbathe (there was only one fold away lounging type chair that we didn’t use). living room was nice and spacious. bed was very comfy and the kitchen was a good size and had what we needed. if being picky, the apartment could have done with a paint to freshen it up a bit.

To be improved

we were aware that there was no lift and that we were on the top floor but still found the stairs a bit of struggle, especially with luggage and carrying shopping up. couch wasn’t so comfortable and could have done with a bit of a clean as was stained/marked. although we didn’t need it, the balcony shade wouldn’t work when we met the management company rep and she tried to set it up/pull it out.
