My charging cable got stolen, my vasiline lip balm missing after cleaners came. Dusty room! Bedsheets were not really changed, disappointed with the room I have been given and the setup. The service was not fit for purpose as even the staff do not care. I stayed at the same hotel last year which was a lot better than this time around. My room was disgusting.
