“Mostly good , except communicating with contact person”
The best

Apartment is in very good location close to the lot of services like restaurants , shops , bicycle rental and so on. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need.

To be improved

Apartment's shower floor drain does not work properly. Wifi connection is poor , specially in the bedroom it basicly does not work at all. But the biggest problem is poor communication with this so called " contact " person. You send message and get answer maybe in 3 days. Imagine if you had some problems with check-in or with the keys and you have to wait 3 days to get answer to message. Totally unacceptable ! I recommend to fix this problem or shitty reviews will continue.

Excellent location, fully equipped nice little appartment in the centre of El Medano. Family friendly. Extra equipment for kids etc.

The double bed is one of the smallest ones. Other than this everything is perfect.
