The best

We had an amazing view over Tejeda and the roque bentayga! It’s a really small village but perfekt to relax. We got an upgrade to our room for free (went off-season, not many tourists) and the apartment is very well located and clean.

To be improved

The bed was reaaally soft, not for us.

“Convenient and clean accommodation but communication with host was difficult”

Traditional style but spacious and clean

To be improved

Never found the washing machine that was listed to be present . We arrived on the day of transcanaria running races which we were not aware of. It meant checking was very difficult and not helped by poor communication with host. This was not helped by our lack of Spanish but hand over of keys was not as pre-arranged and was frustrating to sort out

The best

The location is fantastic with a beautiful view on the mountain and the valley from the balcony. Plenty of restuarnts and cafes nearby. The street is quiet. The person welcoming and registering us at the hotel 50m from the appartment was very friendly. Equipment is rather good.

To be improved

Although it was winter, it was very hot in the appartment in the late afternoon. When I asked for a fan, I was told that it is winter. The check-in process is a bit complex: you need to get to an hotel 500m away to check-in, then get to the restaurant below the actual appartment to get the keys. When you are tired and with luggage, this is not very practical. Also, while the person welcoming us at the hotel was very friendly, it was just the opposite with a cold, unpersonal reception at the restaurant. WiFi was very slow.
