The best

Host met us at the property. Our flight was late so I called to let her know we would be a little late to arrive. There was no problem. She was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was just as listed, everything was new and exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable. One block from the supermarket and good English cafe. View of the ocean from the balcony. I'm sure we would stay again.

To be improved

It was on the third floor which wasn't much of problem except to bring our luggage up, there is no elevator but the host helped us since we are older. Also not sure since there is a parking lot one why one parking spot is not designated for that unit. We were there in the winter so parking was not a problem but not sure where there would parking in the summer.

“Excellent time in Mojacar!”

The best

The location was great, was a lovely apartment with everything we needed. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back. Was spotlessly clean, lovely host too with great communication.

To be improved

Only negative was there was just ceiling fans in 2 of the bedrooms and it was a heat wave when we were there. There was an air conditioning unit in the living area and in one of the bedrooms which worked really well.
