“Great place to stay, with the pool, and a beautifull ocean view”

I am very happy about my stay in this apartment! It was, comfortable, clean, it had a beutiful view at the ocean, and it was really close to the beach. It was also a perfect place to work. We came with my partner, and we had a few working days (we work remotely), and it was a great place for it - we had separate rooms, and the wifi is very fast. Contact with the owner was perfect. Marlene was nice, helpfull, and she responded quickly to all our questions. The apartment was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen has everything needed for everyday cooking, and even more - we really enjoyed being able to make freshly squized orange juice. We really loved the pool in the building! I recommend this stay to long and short stays!

To be improved

The apartment can get really hot, especially during the mornings and early afternoons, when the sun shines straight into the apartment. Since our stay was in November it was quite ok, only few ays were problematic, but I guess it can be a bit hard especially during the summer. There is a bar in the building that is very loud, especially on the weekends. We got used to it, but it took a few days for us

“Nice apartment but can get hot and possible noise from neighborhood.”

The best

Good apartment, shower, couch, bed, kitchen, sea view. Nice small & quiet cafe at the ground floor inside the building. Swimming pool (although pretty cold in January).

To be improved

Aircon would be a good upgrade. Noise from traffic and a nearby bar in the street can be heard clearly, even with windows closed. The traffic noise mostly stops later in the evening but the bar (Bar Morgan's Foodie) had a few nights where they would go on till well after midnight (very loud people).

“Amazing, would definitely go again”

The best

The view is amazing, the apartment is modern and has everything you need. It's very close to the punta larga beach, and it's only 20minutes away from Santa Cruz. The bed is extremely comfortable and big

It's very bright, i wish there were blinds

“nice and comfortable”

The best

Nice apartment, looks basic but very clean and really has everything I need (ok, I'm not too choosy). Fantastic view. Good bed and very comfy chair :) Small computer table was a great bonus as I was working. Just few minutes walk from the beach (you better go to the central one, its more sandy and also has stairs to the water from the mall) Nice and helpful host. And a lot of parking around, never a prob.

To be improved

Would be nice if you note 8th floor in the property description. I have a heights fear so first few days were a bit uncomfortable for me :) And a minor thing - better curtains would be helpful. Sun raises straight into the windows and wakes you up. Then it becomes very warm very quickly - I was boiled sitting next to the window, and it was the first week of Jan!

“Very good stay 😊”

The best

Vue and balcon, very comfortable bedroom, very tasty bar-restaurant in the building downstairs, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, good communication, easy and safe parking on the street outside of the building (and for free)

To be improved

Very minor things: Some kitchen equipment did not work (juice maker), there was no coffee machine but a small cafetière that was sufficient
