The apartment is situated in a very busy area with a lot of bars and discos, so there is a lot of noise in the night as well as drunk people. But the worst thing is the air conditioner timer. The air conditioner is switching off every hour or so. To switch the air conditioner on again, a special button must be pressed. So it was necessary to wake up in the night more less every hour to switch the air conditioner on, as it was very hot in the apartment, and it was impossible to sleep. We have addressed this problem to the property owner who refused to fix it and advised us to "open the windows". Only after the booking dot com support involvement did the owner say that he was willing to "have a look" (this was two days before the end of our ten nights stay). On top of the apartment SMELLS, there is a problem with the drain, so it is close to impossible to be in the bathroom because of the smell. And if you would forget to close the bathroom door the smell would spread in the apartment. At the end of the stay the owner tried to lure me in the apartment to "talk", after I refused he insulted me. I have been using booking dot com for more than ten years so far and this was the worst experience ever.
