New building. Barbeque. Pool. Great layout of apartment. Two bathrooms. Plenty of cupboards. Parking garage. Close to a well equipped supermarket. Proactive hosts, which were reachable via WhatsApp and responded quickly.

To be improved

Very minor things such as it took a while to figure out where to take the garbage and need for some better utensils for the barbeque.

Spacious, modern well appointed apartment in secure development. About 10-15 mins walk to old town and main hospitality areas. plenty of local shops and amenities within a minutes walk of the apartments

To be improved

Pool wasn't heated so in wasnt useable for long periods at this time of year (End October / Start November)

You have to know that the condominium is brand new! This made us so happy as it wasn't expected. So, every facility is new so in perfect condition. Location was very nice too close to Marbella Old Town. Thanks a mil!

The stay was amazing, very nice people working at this company and the apartment was untouched and brand-new as described. WiFi was also very fast! 300mbps really appreciate this. Thank you very much!
