Only the location, nothing more.

5 star prices for 2 star service, total disappointment, will not come back nor will recommend it to anyone The lack of service and hospitality didn’t match the location or what you would expect for a €390 per night hotel. Location is amazing but that’s it… the hotel probably had better days a long time ago, now it’s just a lifeless and careless version of a forgotten hotel chain.

“Comfortable Stay Undermined by Service and Facility Issues”

On the positive side, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The surroundings areas and the landscapes are really beautiful and peaceful. Additionally, the older gentleman in the restaurant stood out for his kindness and excellent service, which was much appreciated.

There were several aspects that left me disappointed. The rest of the staff, unfortunately, did not match the same level of attentiveness, and we had a particularly unpleasant experience at the bar, where a waiter was rude when we requested a bottle of wine just a few minutes after closing time. The facilities also fell short of expectations. The Wi-Fi was not working during our stay, and many of the common areas were uncomfortably cold, forcing us to work in our room. Additionally, we were unable to use the spa after checkout, which was disappointing. The spa itself showed signs of wear, with some pebble stones coming loose in the pools and certain controls for the water jets not functioning properly.

Everything was wonderful!, from the warm welcome and quick service by Michael and the staff, the welcome drink, the views, quiet atmosphere, pool and spa, the beautiful rooms and great breakfast. We would love to come back!
