The best

The layout was fantastic. Having a washer and dryer was really nice. Location was also a big bonus with every convenance with stores close to us.

To be improved

There's only a couple of items that would've made the stay better. 1. A floor mat to capture the dust/sand that would get tracked in. 2. A few more kitchen utensils, like bowls and at least a spatula. 3. A dust mop for easy cleaning. 3. A couple more pillows would've been great (not the hard memory foam stuff).

The best

The entire apartment was very well equipped. It had everything you’d expect for a fully furnished apartment. The host was very helpful and always on hand if you had any issues. Location was exceptional, as Arago metro station was at its doorstep.

To be improved

The other comments did mention a sewage smell. But this only occurs at certain times of the day and I doubt that this apartment is the only one to experience this. It’s not so overbearing that it would make the stay uncomfortable but it is noticeable.

Position close to metro and 10-15 min walk from city center. 200m to the supermarket and 100m to the bar.

To be improved

The apartment is at the ground floor that causes lack of windows and natural light. Big cockroaches are very unpleasant to meet. A strong sewer smell in the bathroom. Cleaning could be improved. Very basic set of IKEA cooking tools.

Nice, clean and comfortable apartment. Nice and helpful host. Central Location.

Automatic door locking via mobile Phone is nice, but doesnt work perfectly.
