“Wonderful apartment but no lift”
The best

Great location close to the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, Mercado Central, train station and Carrefour Express for provisions. The apartment is quite spacious with a kitchen adequately stocked.

To be improved

There is no lift and it is 33 steps to the apartment. The stone steps look very old. Arrival was a bit scary with the seemingly complex key service. But all went well on following the instructions carefully.

“It is fair for the price and location”
The best

The location is really good. Right in the center of the city. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is not as small as we expected. There are basic kitchen essentials so if you don’t want to eat out you have that option

To be improved

The whole area smelled like urine. The building is old and the stairs are super narrow, it is difficult to walk with a big suitcase. The apartment is small, there are a lot of things that need repairing and some unnecessary additional rules which if you don’t follow there are extra charges which are not clarified in the booking.

“Nice family trip in Valencia”
The best

Very well located in the center of Valencia. The flat is efficient and relatively comfortable. The location is not noisy.

To be improved

The apartment is small for 4 persons (2 adults and 2 kids) but I guess it is fine given that we’re here to visit and not for spending time in the apartment.
