The property is conveniently located near all public transportation and situated on a quiet street. It is also very close to Ruffasa Center, where you can find a variety of restaurants and amenities

To be improved

The property lacks windows and natural light or ventilation at the rear. As it has been converted from a commercial space into a residential-style unit, the entrance is directly from the street. While the place was clean and well-prepared upon arrival, due to the nature of the building, there were significant issues with cockroaches and other insects. I spent over €30 in one night attempting to manage the infestation—particularly after discovering a nest of cockroaches behind the refrigerator, which scattered when disturbed. This occurred late in the evening, causing a very uncomfortable night without proper sleep. Unfortunately, this was quite distressing for me and my family, especially as we were traveling with young children.
