The best

The agency representatives were very kind and allowed me to check in before the official time. The apartments are spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen, where there is everything you need to cook. 3 minutes to walk to the Malvarosa beach. I would like to separately note the excellent service of the agency and especially Elena, who responded very quickly to all requests. I definitely can recommend this apartment.

Good location, clean and well equipped apartment.

Unfortunately the walkway around the apartment was under constructions and it was very loud. We couldn't sleep with the windows opened because the workers began in the morning with the constructions. And even with closed windows you could hear the noise. Unfortunately we were not informed about this.

“Find another stay, they scam extra with hidden charges. First negative experience.”

We liked the location, other than that the there wasn't much to like. Las Fallas happened the same time, so there was lots of noise outside in the park, but that was a great experience.

To be improved

Hosts scam you from your deposit for made up reasons. There was a problem with the lock, which was reported multiple times, yet in the end they blame you for it. All warnings about the lock were ignored, their person came and ran into the same issue and then blamed the need for locksmith on me - I did open the door in front of him and showed him how the lock has issues and how it works. They also expect you to give the apartment back spotless, otherwise you pay for it. We had 2 dirty pans (forgot the one in the oven... the sink and one pan needed a rinse). We even washed all the towels and bed sheets we used during our 1 month stay. So be prepared that they will find some odd reason to charge you extra for and that the price is not final.

“Nice, cozy apartment very close to the beach”

The best

The apartment was very clean, well equipped and close to the beach and supermarkets. The staff which were in charge of managing the property were very responsive and nice, always willing to do their best in helping us.

To be improved

The area where the apartment is located is not the best one from Valencia from what I could tell, but I never felt unsafe, not even at night.

A lot of space, the beach is very close, the bus for all directions are in a next street. In kichen you have everything, also enougj clean sheets, towels...
